The service

Make use of Deutsche Post's enormous customer base and communicate effectively even with smaller target groups either by letter mail, through brochures or with catalogs.

Contents

Use INFOBRIEF to send written communication and documents or data carriers such as CDs, diskettes and cassettes. Items may also contain free trial packs, product samples, promotional articles and third-party enclosures (components from other senders). Merchandise intended for sale is not permitted, with the exception of books, brochures, newspapers and magazines.

Identical contents

The items' contents must be identical in terms of the quantity and nature of the enclosed written documents, advertising, data carriers, samples, promotional articles and third-party enclosures. They must also be identical in terms of packaging design, format and franking.

Minimum quantity

The minimum posting quantity is 50. Items do not have to be sorted. If you do not post the required minimum quantity you can pay to make up for any shortfalls.

INFOBRIEF items must be rectangular.
